Official transcript of academic record

Your official transcript is a complete record of all academic information completed at the university. All courses you've taken each semester at Ontario Tech University will be included on your official transcript. Note: Official transcripts for specific semesters cannot be provided.

If you are applying to another Ontario university using the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC)  service, you must order your transcript online through their website. The same process is required if you are applying to another Ontario college–you must order your transcript through the Ontario Colleges’ Application Centre (OCAS).

All other transcript requests can be made through the transcript request form online in MyOntarioTech and will be securely issued via the MyCreds™ platform.

  • What is MyCredsâ„¢?

MyCreds™ provides a platform for certifying, sharing and verifying academic credentials. These digital documents are available in your credential wallet, called MyCreds™ Portfolio, and are certified by Ontario Tech University. Once certified, they are considered official. You can easily share your documents securely through MyCreds™ with colleges and universities, employers, immigration authorities and other third parties.

MyCreds™ is owned by ARUCC, the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada, and powered by Digitary, an international document issuing organization that stores your documents securely. Your data remains under Ontario Tech University’s control. This information can only be accessed by you, Ontario Tech, and whomever you choose to share your documents with.

Documents issued through MyCreds™ are authentic, tamper-evident and legally valid. Your documents in your MyCreds™ Portfolio contain digital signatures that meet the legal requirements of certified digital documents in countries around the world.
