Payment options
There are a variety of ways to pay your tuition fees, compulsory ancillary fees and program-associated fees.
If you are a graduate student and you wish to apply your on-campus earnings and/or scholarships against your tuition owing, see the Graduate student finances web page.
Important: It may take up to five business days for a payment to post to your MyOntarioTech account. It’s important that your fees are paid at least five days before your fee deadline.
To view your student account:
- Go to MyOntarioTech.
- Select the Current students box.
- In the Paying your fees box, select either Account summary.
- If prompted, login using your network credentials.
- Review your account details.
To view Payment options:
- Go to MyOntarioTech.
- Select the Current students box.
- In the Paying your fees box, select Payment options.
- If prompted, login using your network credentials.
- Select either Pay with Debit/Credit card or Additional payment options.
- Complete the chosen payment option.
There are a variety of ways to pay your tuition fees, compulsory ancillary fees and program-associated fees.
Accepted methods of payment include:
- Bank payment via the internet, telephone, or at your bank (preferred method)
- Money order, certified cheque or bank draft
- PayMyTuition (international payment)
- Flywire (international payment)
- Debit/Credit Card via Student Account Centre (TouchNet PayPath)*
- Pre-authorized debit via Student Account Centre*
*Service fees will apply.

You may be using another source of funding which will enable you to defer making your payment. These include:
- Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)
- Scholarships and bursaries
- Sponsorships and third party invoices
Ontario Tech University does not accept payment of tuition fees, compulsory ancillary fees and program-associated fees by:
- Cash
- Non-certified/personal cheque
- Email money transfer (EMT)
Alternatively, please contact your financial institution and make an internet or telephone banking payment through them.
