The Office of the Registrar's frontline team is here to support you. We can assist in-person, over the phone, via email, through our online submission form and via our chat bot. Explore the many ways we can help below for more information.

Our Enrolment Services team is the first line of support for our students with questions related to OSAP, bursaries, scholarships, awards and financial need. We can assess your questions and concerns and answer as many of them as possible. If your situation requires more support, we will work with you to book an appointment with one of our Financial Aid Officers. 

Notice: Due to the ongoing strike with Canada Post, there will be delays in mail processing and delivery. During this time, we recommend using alternative methods (e.g. dropping off in person, email, courier) to ensure your important documents, like transcripts and forms, arrive on time. If you have specific questions or concerns, please email connect@ontariotechu.ca. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • In-person assistance

    The fastest way to connect with us is by visiting us in-person.

  • Phone assistance

    If you'd like to speak to a representative, give us a call! Our phone number is 905.721.3190. Our phone lines are open during our office hours, listed below.

    Please note: You will experience longer wait times between noon and 2 p.m., and/or during peak periods. If you're on hold, don't hang up! Someone will assist you as soon as they're available. For faster service, please visit us in-person.

  • Online assistance

    Have a question, but don't have time to send an email? Complete our online assistance form instead! It'll be directly sent to us and responded to within 3 to 5 business days. 

    Note: Response times may be longer during peak periods (i.e. registration, fall semester start, winter semester start, etc.). 

  • Email assistance

    Email us at connect@ontariotechu.ca.

    • Include your full name and student ID number with your message. We will not be able to respond to your email without this information.
    • Please only email once. It will be placed in our work queue and answered in chronological order. Multiple emails will result in a delayed response.
    • A member of our team will respond to you within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Chat bot assistance
