Ontario Tech acknowledges the lands and people of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation.

We are thankful to be welcome on these lands in friendship. The lands we are situated on are covered by the Williams Treaties and are the traditional territory of the Mississaugas, a branch of the greater Anishinaabeg Nation, including Algonquin, Ojibway, Odawa and Pottawatomi. These lands remain home to many Indigenous nations and peoples.

We acknowledge this land out of respect for the Indigenous nations who have cared for Turtle Island, also called North America, from before the arrival of settler peoples until this day. Most importantly, we acknowledge that the history of these lands has been tainted by poor treatment and a lack of friendship with the First Nations who call them home.

This history is something we are all affected by because we are all treaty people in Canada. We all have a shared history to reflect on, and each of us is affected by this history in different ways. Our past defines our present, but if we move forward as friends and allies, then it does not have to define our future.

Registration start dates Spring/Summer 2024

Spring/Summer semesters (May to August)

Registration will open for the spring/summer semesters according to the table below:

  • If you are a returning student or have transfer credits, please confirm your earned hours first and register for your courses according the table below. 
  • If you are entering Year 1, your registration date will be based on the 00-23 earned hours time slots.

Important to note: 

  • Continue to check your student email and the Ontario Tech Mobile app for updates and reminders about registration. 
  • To reduce slower login times, it is highly recommended that you log into the system 30 minutes to one hour prior to your registration start time.
  • It is your responsibility to confirm your earned hours prior to your registration. 
  • Course preview will be available on Thursday, March 28 at 9 a.m.

Tuesday, April 2 noon to 1 p.m. Registration opens for students with 98 to 84 earned hours
Wednesday, April 3 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Registration opens for students with 83 to 69 earned hours
Wednesday, April 3 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.  Registration opens for students with 68 to 54 earned hours
Wednesday, April 3 11 a.m. to noon Registration opens for students with 53 to 39 earned hours
Wednesday, April 3 noon to 1 p.m. Registration opens for students with 38 to 24 earned hours
Thursday, April 4 9 a.m. Graduate students

Note: Eligible SAS students who have this included as part of their accommodation plan will receive an email notification if permitted to register early.
