Important information

  • Once registered, you are academically and financially responsible for your course(s) unless you withdraw officially by the deadlines. Failure to attend does not constitute withdrawal.
  • Failure to pay fees or arrange an approved deferment by payment deadlines may result in deregistration from registered courses.
  • The university charges your account each term. Necessary payment arrangements must be made for each and every term.
  • Late fees will be applied to your account if your tuition is not paid by the due date. Interest will be calculated at a monthly rate of 1.5 per cent compounded on the monthly balance. This will be added to your tuition account on the last day of every month.
  • All communication regarding your student account is sent to your student email account, so please ensure that you check your email regularly. Your student account is also available on MyOntarioTech, select Current students, in the Paying your fees box, select Account summary.
  • If you have been approved for OSAP, please refer to the Ontario Student Assistance Program.
