Miscellaneous fees

• Acceptance fees

  To accept your offer of admission and secure your place in the program, you must submit a non-refundable tuition deposit. The deposit amount is listed in your official Letter of Acceptance and on the Applicant Portal.

  This deposit will be applied toward your total tuition fees.

  For International Applicants:
  You must accept your offer and submit the non-refundable tuition deposit before requesting a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). The deposit may be refundable only if your study permit application is denied.

  Withdrawal & Forfeiture Policy:
  If you withdraw, decline your offer, cancel your application, or if you fail to formally withdraw and do not attend classes, the university will retain the tuition deposit.

• Program and course fees

  Course- and program-specific fees may be charged to your student tuition account for the cost of course materials, internship/co-operative education, placements and/or memberships.

  Work Term Co-op Fee (per-semester fee for Faculty of Business and Information Technology, Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, and Faculty of Science). Payable upon registration in a co-operative education work term course. Please note: Fees are subject to annual increase.   Total co-op fees including entrance, preparatory course, and work term fees do not exceed $3,600 CAD over the course of an undergraduate degree.	$720.00

  An auditing fee is applied to a student's account if they choose to have a course audited (attend a course without receiving evaluation or a grade).
