Specialized letters
The Office of the Registrar provides official letters for current students and alumni.
Processing time
Most requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days. However, processing may take longer during peak periods or for certain letter types.
Fees and account holds
- A fee applies to specialized letters and will be charged to your tuition account. Payment can be made via bank payment.
- Letters cannot be issued if there are holds on your account.
To request a letter, click the button below that matches your request type.

General specialized letters
Letters Include: Confirmation of Graduation, Eligibility to return, RPNAO, Withdrawn/Not registered/No Record, Official Receipt, Co-op/Internship Work Permit Support Letter, Graduate Students Verification of Enrolment.
Verification of enrolment
Complete this form if you are an Undergraduate student and need to verify your enrolment for an external agency.
Graduate students should complete the General specialized letter.
