How to get a campus ID card

Step 1: Register for your courses

Register for all of your courses. We recommend you register for both the fall and winter semesters at the same time. Please note that only full-time students are eligible for the U-Pass.

Step 2: Visit the Campus ID office

The Campus ID office is located in the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre, Room G1004 (across from gyms 3, 4 and 5). You can pick up your card for the 2019-2020 academic year starting Tuesday, July 2, 2019.

Be sure to bring one piece of valid government-issued photo ID such as your driver's licence, passport, Canadian citizenship card, provincial ID card or your BYID card from the LCBO. We cannot accept high school ID as proof of identification. You must also know your Student Numberif you are a new student, you can find this in your offer of admission.

Please note: You may be required to present a copy of your student schedule by day and time, which can be found on MyCampus after you have registered for your courses.

Important: To serve you better during start-up, beginning Monday, August 19, we will be located in the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre, Room G213.
