Commission procedures
Commissions will be paid after 20 days of classes, as per the outline of the Recruitment Services Agreement. Commisions will be processed only to agents in a valid current contract with Ontario Tech.
Commission payments are made via Wire Transfer from the university, and in order to submit your invoice you must contact Mandy Furnis.
Agent Tagging Process Policy
To be eligible for agent tagging, the Agent Form must be submitted within five business days of the student's application submission date.
- Student ID, or
- OUAC Reference Number
- Agent Forms received within five days of the application submission date will be reviewed and processed for agent tagging.
- Agent Forms received more than five days after the application submission date will not be tagged.
Important Note
It is the agent's responsibility to ensure that the Agent Form is submitted within the required five-day timeframe and that the correct Student ID or OUAC Reference Number is included.
