Ontario Tech acknowledges the lands and people of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation.

We are thankful to be welcome on these lands in friendship. The lands we are situated on are covered by the Williams Treaties and are the traditional territory of the Mississaugas, a branch of the greater Anishinaabeg Nation, including Algonquin, Ojibway, Odawa and Pottawatomi. These lands remain home to many Indigenous nations and peoples.

We acknowledge this land out of respect for the Indigenous nations who have cared for Turtle Island, also called North America, from before the arrival of settler peoples until this day. Most importantly, we acknowledge that the history of these lands has been tainted by poor treatment and a lack of friendship with the First Nations who call them home.

This history is something we are all affected by because we are all treaty people in Canada. We all have a shared history to reflect on, and each of us is affected by this history in different ways. Our past defines our present, but if we move forward as friends and allies, then it does not have to define our future.

Note: Our Enrolment Services team is the first line of support for our students with questions related to OSAP, bursaries, scholarships, awards and financial need. We can assess your questions and concerns and answers as many of them as possible. If your situation requires more support, we will work with you to book an appointment with one of our Financial Aid Officers.

    The fastest way to connect with us is by visiting us in-person.

    If you'd like to speak to a representative, give us a call! Our phone number is 905.721.3190. Our phone lines are open during our office hours, listed below.

    Please note: You will experience longer wait times between 12 p.m. - 2 p.m., and/or during peak periods. If you're on hold, don't hang up! Someone will assist you as soon as they're available. For faster service, please visit us in-person.

    • Include your full name and student ID number with your message. We will not be able to respond to your email without this information.
    • Please only email once. It will be placed in our work queue and answered in chronological order. Multiple emails will result in a delayed response.
    • A member of our team will respond to you within 2-3 business days.
